Summer Camps 2009!

Princess Dance Camps! Your little princess will be whisked away to imaginary Fairy Princess Land where all things are pink and sparkly!  This program includes ballet, tap, jazz, singing and dramatics.  Students should wear tights and a leotard as well as any fairy princess clothing they wish!  A wand and crown will be provided.  Children will perform their dance program on the last day of camp in their classroom. 3-5 yrs. Star in a play and a talent variety show in The Akin Center Theatre!  Express your talents and creativity through dramatic arts in a working theatre!  Improvisation, pantomime and theatre skills explored.  These camps are an absolute blast! 8 yrs and up.  9:00am-1:00pm (M-F) Session I - July 13-17 Session II - Aug. 3-7

	High School Musical 1,2,3 and Camp Rock singing and dancing Camps! We're bringing back our most popular camps from last summer.  Sing and dance your way to summer fun!  Learn and perform choreography from High School Musical 1, 2 and 3 + Camp Rock!  You will love it!
	8 yrs & up - 5:30-6:20pm (M-F) High School Musical 1 & 2 - June 29-July 3 High School Musical 3 - July 13-17 Camp Rock - July 27-31 $60 + 1 time $20 registration fee

Hip Hop Boot Camp! Pop and lock your way to a summer groove!  Each week teaches a new routine/style. 7 yrs and up - 5:30-6:20 (M-F) Session 1 - July 6-10 Session 2 - July 20-24 $60 + 1 time $20 registration fee

	Ballet/Modern Dance Workshop Camp! Spend time perfecting your Classical Ballet technique, conditioning and artistry pointe as well as explore and improvise the newest modern dance styles. 11 yrs. and up             9:00am-12:00pm (M-W)   ·         August 10-12                        $105 + registration fee
	Jazz/Tap Extravaganza Camp! Get ready for your Broadway debut!  Spend 3 hours a day exploring new Jazz choreography, as well as perfecting your tap technique. 11 yrs. and up             9:00am-12:00pm (Thurs-Sat)   ·         August 13-15  $105 + registration fee
	Vocal Styles Master Class Camp! Attention all singers!  Work on and learn proper technique as you are instructed in several different vocal styles.  Proper technique, breath and performance emphasized.  We are lucky to have the amazing and talented Debra Hardy teaching this camp!  This is a must-attend camp for anyone serious about singing. Day 1: Beginning voice basics - Anatomy, posture, breath, vocal exercises, range and selecting a song. Day 2: Vocal Exercises - Song styles and placement.  Classical vs. The Belt Voice Day 3: Preparing for Performance - Breakdown of technique, style, attack and vocal awareness Ages 11 yrs  and up              Time: 10:00am-12:00pm Dates: June 29, 30 and July 1 Cost: $105.00 + Registration Fee
